With 20 years of experience supporting people in the workplace, I understand how much job satisfaction and alignment with role and culture matter. My work is about helping individuals grow – not just in skills, but in self-awareness, confidence, and resilience.
I’m especially drawn to supporting leaders – those navigating the responsibility of guiding others while also discovering their own path in a demanding role. My approach combines deep understanding of organizational realities, business dynamics, and human psychology. Here’s a little about me:
I’m passionate about startups, challenges, and growth. But what truly fascinates me are people — their motivations and potential.
My professional journey:
I have 20 years of experience in HR — the first 10 focused on Talent Acquisition, and the last 10 as Head of People/People & Culture Manager in fast-paced tech startups. I hold degrees in Human Resources Management and Business Psychology.
What else I do:
I’m a certified coach (ICF standards) and currently training to become a Gestalt Therapist. I’ve also had the privilege to mentor young women at Digital University and Women in Technology Foundation, supporting their growth in the labor market.
Outside work:
You’ll often find me exploring on my motorcycle, training in the boxing ring, cooking, or diving into psychology. Oh, and I’m a big dog lover!
